At Bespoke Support and Care Ltd, we provide personalised, community-based support for adults and young people with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs.

Our purpose is simple — to help people live connected, confident and fulfilling lives while feeling safe and valued. We currently deliver community support across Westminster and Islington.

Community Support

We help individuals take part in everyday life with confidence and purpose. Our focus is on independence, social inclusion, and enjoying ordinary community experiences in safe, supportive ways.

We can support with:
• Accessing community spaces such as gyms, parks, cafés, and local groups
• Shopping, cooking and managing daily routines
• Attending medical appointments and ensuring information is clearly communicated and followed up
• Supporting fun and leisure activities such as cinema, meals out and community events
• Providing regular, consistent staff who understand routines and communication needs
• Developing money and travel skills
• Building confidence, communication and friendships
• Encouraging positive mental wellbeing through structure and choice

We communicate openly with families, professionals and community partners to ensure support is coordinated, empowering and person-led — with familiar staff wherever possible to promote trust, comfort and progress.

Travel Escort & Access Support

We provide safe, reliable travel escort and access support for people who may need reassurance, supervision or practical assistance when travelling. Our approach blends safety with encouragement — helping people experience freedom while maintaining confidence and structure.

We can assist with:
• Travel to and from day centres (including Equal People Mencap and other community hubs)
• Journeys to college, work placements, medical appointments or social activities
• Community trips, leisure outings and family visits
• Route planning, travel cards and travel confidence building
• Step-by-step travel training towards greater independence

Every journey is designed to feel safe, calm and purposeful — whether it’s a regular route or something new.

How We Work

Before support begins, we complete a detailed assessment to understand each person’s strengths, communication style and daily routines. We then match them with trained, caring staff who provide consistency, patience and encouragement.

Our team receive ongoing training in:
• Safeguarding Adults and Children
• Health & Safety
• Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
• Positive Behaviour Support
• Confidentiality and GDPR

We focus on dignity, respect and self-expression that supports growth without pressure.
