Her comprehensive background enables her to approach each individual with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and strengths. Sharon is dedicated to creating personalised support plans that address the specific needs of each person, encouraging growth, independence, and an improved quality of life.

Dennis specialises in creating robust, person-centred systems for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Mental Health needs.
As the architect of our mentoring and workforce development strategies, Dennis is dedicated to building high-performance teams capable of navigating the complexities of the 2026 CQC Single Assessment Framework.
