At Bespoke Support and Care Ltd, we take quality, safety and transparency seriously. Our policies are built around respect, transparency and continuous improvement — not paperwork for show. Below are short summaries of our key commitments. Full versions are available to professionals and families on request.

Safeduarding

We are committed to protecting adults and children from abuse, harm and neglect. Every staff member receives safeguarding training and knows how to recognise, report and respond to concerns. We work closely with local authorities, families and professionals to ensure all concerns are managed safely and transparently.

Our team reflects the diverse communities we serve, and inclusion is part of our daily practice — not just our paperwork.

Complaints & Feedback

We value feedback and see complaints as opportunities to learn and improve. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, we will listen, respond and act quickly. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and provide a written response within 5 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, we will support you to escalate your concern appropriately.

Privacy & Data Protection

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and follow strict data protection procedures in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. All personal information is handled confidentially, stored securely, and only shared when necessary for care and safety.

Ethical Practice & Modern Slavery

Bespoke Support and Care Ltd believes in ethical working, fair pay and safe employment. We oppose all forms of exploitation, discrimination or modern slavery within our services or supply chain. We expect the same standards from all partners and suppliers.
